Picture Retakes are this morning.  If you were not here the first time we took pictures you will get a pass 1st period to come to the mini theater.
If you are having retakes we will make an announcement over the PA to have you come to the mini theater --you MUST bring back your original picture packet.  We do not do retakes because you do not like your yearbook picture.

Newton’s Yearbook Staff strives to tell the story of the whole school year by including as many students as possible. And we need your help! We’re looking for photos of your out-of-school activities. Are you into skateboarding? Martial arts? Guitar lessons? Any type of after-school activity will be considered. Go to your grade level Google Classroom for the website link, school code and directions on how to upload a photo.

Hey Newton.  Cheer club is tomorrow!  Join us in the mini theater to work on dances, motions and basic stunting.  If you have any questions please see Ms. Ubrun or Ms. Andrews.

Student Council has their next meetingTOMORROW from 4-5PM in the Mini Theater!  If you are still interested in joining us, we'd love to have you!

If you were in the ceramics knight time, your projects have come out of the kiln.  Please come to the art room to pick them up before Friday!  Please see Ms. Andrews if you have any questions.

Students - On Halloween you will report to your homeroom class at the end of the day and if you purchased a ticket ahead of time, you will then be released to go change and then head to the party. We will have a DJ, dancing in the gym, food and drinks in the cafeteria, a photo booth, cake walk and other events. You are allowed to dress in costume for the party only, no costumes are allowed during the day - please remember that they still need to follow our school dress code.  Also, we do not allow fake weapons of any kind and your face may not be covered. The event will end at 5:00 pm and we will have late buses available at that time

This is an NJHS reminder that if you volunteered for Someren Glen BINGO - we will meet at the retirement center at 6:25 tomorrow night and will finish promptly at 7:30.

Also, community service hours are due next Thursday, October 31st - if you are still looking for hours and want to volunteer at Lenski's Halloween party - please visit the NJHS Google Classroom page for more information. Volunteer spots are limited, so if you are interested, please let Ms. Omdahl know ASAP.  Thanks so much!

Please join us at The Garlic Knot at Arapahoe and Holly from 4 pm to close TONIGHT for our last Newton Community KNight of 2019!  Mention Newton and a portion of your dine, take out or delivery order will go to the Newton pledge drive.   Thanks for your support!
