The NMS 7th graders took on Powell yesterday in soggy, rainy conditions. The girls fought hard and had some outstanding individual efforts. The boys team rallied but came up 3 points short of beating Powell. Great job Knights and see you at practice tonight to sign up for Thursday's events.

8th grade track players, our meet today is away at Powell. Please change quickly and meet your coaches at the East doors no later than 3:00!

Congratulations to Newton's track teams for their meets Monday and Tuesday! Both boys and girls 7th graders beat Goddard overall in a dominating performance. 8th graders faced Euclid and girls won 1st place in 4 events while boys won 1st place in 5 events. Go knights!

Congratulations on Newton's track team and their first meet against Powell yesterday. Both girls and boys dominated in field events with the boys winning 21 to 15 and the girls winning 24 to 12! Athletes earned first place in 11 events overall and the girls swept all three places in discus. Great work to a talented group of athletes!
