Thursday: 8th grade girls, remember you have a basketball
game on Saturday at Euclid. A team will have a game at 11am.
Please arrive at Euclid by 10:30 am. B Team will play at 12 PM.
Please arrive by 11:30 AM. Remember you will need to have a
ride to and from Euclid.
Please let Ms. T or Coach Conant know if you cannot play.
On Saturday, please bring a change of clothes, so we can
collect uniforms after you play. Also bring your $3 for your
pizza party on the 13th.
Attention all 8th grade boys: basketball season is here! Please
join coaches for an interest meeting after school on Thursday,
December 13, in room 1113. Make sure to arrange for a ride home
after the meeting. You’ll get a season schedule and all forms needed
to participate. If you can’t make the meeting, see coaches after
school in the gym for the first practice on Monday, December 17.

Good Morning Newton Middle School Knights! SPIRIT WEEK IS HERE!
Remember, in order to participate, you must bring in non-perishable
food items during lunch and add them to your grade-level bin. Don't
forget to get your name checked off from the NJHS or Student Council
member volunteering during lunch. We need to act fast as the food drive
only lasts this week! We hear the competition between grade-levels is
fierce! Will 6th grade win?!! Will 7th grade win?! Will 8th grade win?!
Let's find out! Let the Canned Food Games Begin!
Tomorrow is our last day of Spirit Week, go big with HAT day!
We are so happy to have your support to help those in need and
help make Newton feel even more spirited!
6th grade is STILL In the lead and we have collected 450 cans so far!
Thank you for your generosity! Let's try to reach our 1,000 can goal by Friday!
Our next Newton Community KNight is coming up on Tuesday, Dec 11th
at the Chipotle at University and Dry Creek from 4pm to 8pm. Mention
Newton and 33% of your order will support our pledge drive. Hope
