and are interested in purchasing one, you can bring
$40 CASH ONLY  Wednesday right after school to the
main office. It will be first come, first served. There is
a limited supply.


All library books are now due.  Please return all your
library books to the library today. Thank you!


Students - you will be checking in your chromebook and
charger this week! 8th graders please bring your
chromebook and charger with you to school tomorrow
6th & 7th Graders - please bring your chromebooks
and charger with you on Wednesday!

8th graders  bring your CODE cards to lunch on
Tuesday and Wednesday   Mrs. Rahne willl draw them
out on Wednesday .

Attention all students, this Friday during the school carnival outside, you will have a chance to get an icee from the Kona Ice truck. You may get your ticket for this treat  Tomorrow and Wednesday during lunch. Tickets will be 6 CODE Cards.

8th Graders, tomorrow you will get your yearbook during
Run With The Knights at the end of the race. Come by the
yearbook table and pick yours up. You will write your first
and last name in your yearbook. Please check what other
students write in your book and be kind with the messages
you write. Rude, inappropriate or hateful words will have
consequences.

Attention 8th grade Volleyball players-your pizza party will be
during lunch on Wednesday.  If you have not brought in your
$3 there is still time.

Run With The Knights T-Shirts

Just a reminder that anyone who is interested in
ordering a Run With The Knights T-shirt this year
needs to get there order form and money to Mr. Blake
by TODAY at  noon. You can get order forms from
Mr. Blake, Ms. Ubrun or the main office.

Run With The Knights T-Shirts

With the end of the school year approaching quickly
that means one thing and that is Run With The Knights
is coming soon on Tuesday May 21st.  T-Shirts are being
sold for any student that is interested. The cost of this years
shirt is $10 it is a short sleeve Dri Fit t-shirt. There are
pictures of the shirt hanging up in the main office window
and the windows in the lunch room. Sample shirts will be
be available by this Friday so you can  see what the shirt
looks like. If you are interested in buying a shirt this year
please get an order form from Mr. Blake, Ms. Ubrun or up
in the main office. The order forms and money are due
back to Mr. Blake or Ms. Ubrun by Tuesday May 14. We
hope you buy a shirt and are getting excited about this years run.

Listen up 6th and 7th graders:  If you want to help
write and design Newton’s yearbook next year, make
sure you complete your application packet by next
Tuesday, April 30th. You can ask any questions and pick
up a packet from Mr. Atherton, Mrs. Svigel or the main
office. This will be a Knight Time class, NOT an elective.
We are looking for students who are organized, have
strong writing skills, and who are willing to take photos
at Newton events.

Attention G/T students: Please take a moment to fill
out the end of year survey on the G/T Google Classroom.
Mr. Wood is requesting that your reflections be done by
this Friday, April 26. It will only take you a few minutes!
If you have done it already, thank you, but if you do not
get it done by this Friday, you will be pulled from a Knight Times
next week. Thank you.  

Please join us for our last Newton Community KNight of
the school year! In anticipation of summer break, we will
be celebrating at the Dairy Queen in the Streets of Southglenn
on Tuesday, April 30th from 5-8pm. Come and enjoy a Blizzard,
cone, sundae or any other delicious treat and a portion of your
sale will be donated back to Newton. What: Newton Community
