The Littleton high school girls basketball program is be coming to Newton middle school!  On Wednesday September 14th & September 21st, LHS players and coaches will be putting on a skills clinic for any Newton girls who are interested in becoming better basketball players, regardless of where they plan to attend high school. Please stop by the office or see Mr. Atherton in Room 214 for more information and to pick up a clinic flyer.

Students – Everybody has been doing a great job in the morning with their bikes. Please remember you are not to be on your bikes on school property AFTER school also.  If you go home toward the fire station in the afternoon – remember to use the sidewalk and crosswalk around the parking lot that you use in the morning. For safety reasons we do not want you crossing the 2 driveways leading in and out of the parking lot.

Attention 7th grade track members:  Your first practice is today after school.  Meet at the track with appropriate shoes and a water bottle.  You will also practice Tuesday and Thursday this week.
Attention 6th grade track members:  Your first practice is Tuesday. 

The first meeting of Archery Club will be in Mrs. Hissem's room (105) tomorrow at 3:00 p. m.  Come join us!

All NJHS members:  Our first meeting for this year will be tomorrow morning at 7:15 in Mrs. Hissem's room (105).  Join us so that we can plan this year's activities planned out!

Wednesday August 24th  is going to be spirit day at Newton. Wear your red and white shirts and wear those new CODE card wrist bands.

8th grade girls and boys will be meeting at the track after school for our first practice.  You need to change into your clothes and need to bring a water bottle as it will be in the nineties.
