"7th Grade Girls volleyball played a great game at Powell. A Team won,
shutting out Powell in the 2nd game with a score of 21 to 2. Ryan J served
like a champ, and Caroline W came in with some amazing spikes.
B Team played hard and just narrowly missed a win. Every player
contributed to the close call with some spectacular floor dives and saves.
C Team won in Game 3, a neck in neck
race that was finished off by game winning serves from Ashley C and Annie V.
Come cheer on the girls at the last game, here at Newton on Monday after school!"
