Are you a basketball player? Are you new to the game? Either way, we would love to have you join us to sharpen your skills and have some fun at the 7th annual Newton/Littleton Girls Basketball Clinic on Wednesday, September 7th, and Thursday, September 8th, here in the Newton gym. Open to all girls grades 6-8 regardless of future high school or experience. See the LHS bulletin board or main office for flyers and details!
Student Council is starting TODAY in Mrs. Mack's room. It is open to all 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. Come help us plan the Haunted House for the fall dance. Or come up with some really great ideas for Spirit Week. Do you love music, then be on the danceathon committee and pick the songs we play. Come help make Newton a great school. Since this weekend is being tagged as one of the BEST opening weekends for college football, we thought it would be fun to wear your favorite college t-shirt on Friday to show your school spirit!
Reminders:
STUDENTS - Lunch boxes and water bottles that are left outside or in the cafeteria will be thrown away every Friday at the end of the day (even if you just lost it on Friday). Be sure to remember to take your lunch box with you. Even if your name is in it, it is your responsibility to retrieve it. This will start TOMORROW!
