Attention 8th Grade Parents and students
attending Arapahoe this Fall:
There will be a Registration Meeting on Monday, April 8th
at 6:00 in the Arapahoe High School Gymnasium (west end of building) for
Parents and Students. The purpose of
this meeting is to distribute registration and course selection materials as
well as describe the scheduling process.
Attention ALL 7th graders: The 2013-2014 Newton Directory Artwork
Contest will run through April 10. All current 7th grade Newton students are
invited to participate and winning design and artist will be announced at the
May recognition assembly. Please pick up
a copy of the mandatory guidelines in the Office.
All students participating in the talent show there is a MANDATORY
dress rehearsal TOMORROW from 3:00-5:00. Come dressed and prepared for anything
in your act. Also the night time show will be this Thursday night at 7:00.
Come support your classmates.
There will be a Pre-Tryout information meeting for all
parents and athletes interested in trying out for the 2013-2014 Arapahoe Cheer
team on Tuesday, March 19th at 6:00 pm in the Arapahoe High School Theatre.
The Rockin' Club of Babes will be meeting this Wed in the art
room to work on our pottery for the End of the Year Dinner Celebration!! Even
if you're weren't at last week's group, you are welcome! We'll have music and
treats!!
Because Spring Break is next week, this Friday's SPIRIT DAY
will be Hawaiian Day. If you have any Hawaiian-themed clothes (appropriate, of
course:) or accessory on at lunch, you will be in the drawing for a prize!
Don’t forget our dress code!
If we see inappropriate clothing – you will be sent to the office to
change.
