Newton, are you interested in joining a club for friendly academic competition? Brain Bowl is a new club focused on making friends and having fun competing in geography, history, math, literature, science, and more! All are welcome. Good morning Newton Knights! Are you ready to make a difference, have your voice heard, and help shape the climate of our school? Student Council is looking for passionate, creative, and dedicated students to join our team! As a member of Student Council, you’ll have the opportunity to plan exciting spirit weeks, organize assemblies, create unforgettable school-wide events, and represent your classmates in order to make our school the best it can be! Our first meeting will be held after school on Thursday, August 29, in room 1511. All grades are welcome, so don’t miss out on this incredible leadership opportunity! If you are a 6th grader interested in track come to the information meeting on Tuesday at lunch. We will start practices after school starting on September 3rd. If you have any questions see Mrs. Porier or Mr. Braun.
