Good morning Newton Knights! Are you ready to make a difference, have your voice heard, and help shape the climate of our school? Student Council is looking for passionate, creative, and dedicated students to join our team! As a member of Student Council, you’ll have the opportunity to plan exciting spirit weeks, organize assemblies, create unforgettable school-wide events, and represent your classmates in order to make our school the best it can be! Our first meeting will be held after school today in room 1511. All grades are welcome, so don’t miss out on this incredible leadership opportunity! Great job to our Newton 7th and 8th Grade Choirs for singing the National Anthem at the Rockies game last night. They sounded fantastic and the stadium was filled with thunderous applause for our amazing singers!
