Hey Newton Knights, the year is already going fast and most of you may know that in the spring, Newton has it's annual Talent Show, and we are now looking to see what kind of talent is hidden in our student body! The show may not be for 8 weeks, but auditions are only one short month away. If you are interested in being in the talent show but find yourself wondering "Just what can I do to be involved?", you are in luck!  There will be a special Knight Time class offered in the next round specifically aimed at helping ANYONE plan, create, and put together an amazing act. These acts are encouraged to audition for the show but of course, you do not have to audition if you do not want to. See Ms. Trainer with any questions about her Knight Time class, or our wonderful Performing Arts teacher Mrs. Andrews with questions on the talent show.

Color Guard will be meeting today in the cafeteria from 3-4.  All are welcome to join.  Students from Arapahoe and Littleton High will be there to teaching us.   Please be sure to wear socks and athletic clothing.  Make sure you have paid your $20 club fee this year or bring it with you. Please see Ms. May if you have questions.

Attention all student council members...we will have our next meeting on Wednesday, February 1st in Mrs. Mack's room. We will sign up to sell valograms, make posters and work on announcements. Please plan to stay until around 4. See you February 1st.

Littleton High School will hold registration for current 8th graders on February 2, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the forum and theater.
