Attention all student council members, our next meeting is TODAY in Mrs. Mack's room. We will be presenting a check to the Make a Wish Foundation and they will be giving us a plague for our hard work. We will be signing up for room service for the staff as well as spirit week, valograms and more.

Fantasy Football will meet TODAY in Mrs. DeSantis' room. We have two weeks of prizes, so don't miss out!

Attention 6th grade girls interested in playing volleyball.  We will be having an interest meeting TODAY at 2:50 in room 1595.  The meeting will not last very long so make sure you have a ride home.

Attention all students! There is a deadline to buy the 2015-2016 yearbook! You can buy the yearbook now through December 7th if you haven’t already. Bring $40 cash or check to the main office, written out to Newton Middle School. Make sure you take this opportunity, don’t forget!  If you do not know if you have already purchased a yearbook, please stop by Ms. J Andrews' room (the art room) and check the list that is posted.

8th Graders going to AHS ---- Freshman Preview night is TONIGHT night at AHS!

The code cart will be at lunches on Friday! Bring your cards because you won't be allowed to leave the cafeteria to go get them!

A reminder for all NJHS members-we have a scheduled meeting today at 3:00 in Mrs. Hissem’s room. We will be preparing for our next trip to Someren Glen along with food drive and other activities. See you this afternoon!

Congratulations to the girls basketball teams for both victories last night against Goddard. The A team took first place in the league and will go into the tournament as the #1 seed starting Thursday. The B team finished 2nd with a 4-2 mark. Good luck Thursday Lady Knights!
