Attention all 7th grade girls interested in playing basketball!  There will be an informational meeting today after school in Mr. Worsley's Room 307.  If you have any questions, please see Mr. Worsley or Mr. Franklin.  This meeting will only last about 15 minutes, so please plan ahead for transportation afterwards.

Chess Club will meet today after school in room 301.  See Mr. Moraja for details.

Students-want a free spin at the wheel during the dance? Bring in one canned food item to the dance and help kick start our Food Drive! You will get a free spin at the wheel in the cafeteria.
Don’t forget to buy your tickets at lunch!

Attention all trivia buffs, knowledge hounds, and know-it-alls, the 2011-2012 Newton Brain Bowl Teams need you! We will be preparing for the February Brain Bowl competition over the next 6 weeks during Knight Time and then as an after school club starting in January. There are a limited number of spots for each grade level. If you can commit to this time and the Saturday, February 4 competition date, please sign up on the sheet outside Ms. Mikkelsen's room (312).  Team members from last year will have priority on the team and then it’s first come/first serve and the spaces will fill up fast!
Come join us at the 1ST Annual Littleton Public Schools Community Night with the Colorado Avalanche. The top 3 schools will be seated in the lower/club level in Pepsi Center and receive the opportunity to have open ice time at Pepsi Center prior to the Colorado Avalanche game.
$2 of each tickets will go directly to our school when you select Newton when you purchase your tickets. Click on the link on Newton's home page to order your tickets. Let's show LPS and the Avalanche our Knight Pride!!

Littleton High School’s "Goodstock" Club. is putting on a benefit concert, put together by several IB Seniors for their CAS (Community Service) Project.Friday, October 28, 2011, at 7:30 in the Littleton High School Theatre.  We are offering half-prices tickets to students that attend the show, and purchase their tickets while wearing attire from their respective middle schools. Tickets are $5 for students ($2.50 with the discount) and $7 for adults.

When: Monday, October 31st from 2:45-4:00
Where: Gym (DJ & dancing), Cafeteria (food & games), E-Pub Pictures (location TBA)
Who: All 6th, 7th & 8th grade students
How much: Tickets in advance just to get into the dance are $3.00
                        Tickets in advance that include dance admission, 1 pop, 1 pizza slice are $5.00
                        Tickets at the door are $5.00 and NO DEALS
