Congratulations to the girls basketball teams!

Congratulations to both the A and B team for a tremendous basketball season.  Not only were they great teammates to one another, but their team work paid off in a big way as both teams won the Championship game this weekend.

B Team started off the morning facing off against Euclid. Sienna B, Vivian M, and Janelle C lead in scoring, and as a team the B Team was able to hold off Euclid scoring until the 4th quarter.  B Team was able to win decisively 10-2.

A Team finished the day with a game against Powell. Aggressive play by the whole team allowed,  Maddie S to score 16 points and Caroline M to score 9 points, ultimately leading to a 31-17 victory for the Lady Knights

Lady Knights please remember to turn in your uniforms ASAP.

8th grade boys, please join us for an interest meeting for basketball TOMORROW after school in the gymnasium. We will also be starting our first practice after our meeting so please come prepared to play.

Do you want something to do Tuesday afterschool?   You'll be happy to know that's when the Newton No Name Club meets!  All are welcome to come and hang out, have a snack, play games, or make art.  The No Name Club will meet tomorrow afterschool in the art room.  Please remember to bring your $20 club fee.  Please talk to Ms. Andrews for more information.
