The LAST DAY for the 2013-2014 Newton Directory
Artwork Contest has been extended until tomorrow. All current 7th grade Newton students are
invited to participate and winning design and artist will be announced at the
May recognition assembly. Please pick up
a copy of the mandatory guidelines in the Office.
Attention to all 7th graders: Are you interesting in being a
WEB leader next year?!Newton is currently looking for enthusiastic and
positive 7th graders
to fill the WEB leader positions we have available for next school year. We are
accepting online applications from current NMS 7th grade students this whole week, which
can be found on the NMS Website. See Mrs. Ebel or Mrs. Cox for more
information!
7th Graders - If you are planning on auditioning for Knight
Notes, remember that auditions are this Thursday and Friday. You must
submit a completed application and then see Ms. Andrews for an audition
time. There will NOT be any other opportunity to audition.
WEB Leaders: If you signed up to help with the 5th
grade orientations, please check the list outside Mrs. Lacey's room for your
assigned day. See Mrs. Lacey with questions.
